Synopsis de la saison 2
Après que Boomer ai tirée sur Adama, ce dernier se retrouve entre la vie et la mort. Boomer se fait abattre par Caly mais l’autre modèle est toujours vivante sur Caprica et porte l’enfant de Helo. Après avoir récupéré ses hommes sur Kobol, Adama doit faire au retour inattendu du Battlestar Pegasus et de l’amiral Cain. Le cancer de Roslin est guéri grâce au sang de l’enfant de Boomer. Mais Gaius Baltar est élu président et décide de se poser sur la planète nouvellement trouvée. Un an plus tard, les Cylons attaquent.
